Paul Charlton, MD, MA Healthcare Section, Co-Chair
Paul Charlton, MD, is an Emergency Medicine Physician practicing clinically with the Indian Health Service at the Gallup Indian Medical Center in New Mexico. He completed a Master’s Degree in Conflict Resolution from Georgetown University with a focus on health and conflict prior to his medical school studies at Dartmouth. Domestically he uses conflict management skills daily during challenging situations in his clinical work in the Emergency Department and is academically involved with teaching and research around conflict management for US health care audiences. Internationally Paul has remained involved with public health and conflict management issues in Pakistan over the last decade. He lives with his wife and daughter in New Mexico.

Sandra (Sandi) Moore, OTR/L, MPA, M.S. Healthcare Section, Co-Chair
Sandra Moore is currently working as an Organizational Development Specialist for Army medicine. She combines her experience as an Occupational Therapist and Healthcare Administrator with her M.S. in Negotiation and Dispute Resolution to help organizations develop highly cohesive teams which are able to effectively manage individual and organizational conflict in a healthcare environment. Sandi has also worked to develop proactive, preventative conflict management programs for military members and families during deployments and remote separations.
